How we work

1. Choose your design package 1-4 and your garden size category 

2. Upon receiving your choice of package and design payment, we will send you a design brief to fill out.  Return this to us as soon as possible for the design process to begin. If you have chosen the bespoke option we will be in touch.

3. We will then produce a design for you . You will have the chance to make a few changes if you wish before we send you the final masterplans.

4. If you opted for the Build or a Build and Plant option, we will then ask for a second payment to cover materials and plants. This will be invoiced to you directly.  On receipt of this, we will put you in touch with our partner landscape contractors who will make an appointment with you when to begin work.

5. Once the build is complete, the final invoice will be sent to you. On receipt of this final payment our planting team will begin. We will leave you with your completed design plus any instructions required for maintaining it.
