1. Choose your design package 1-4 and your garden size category
2. Upon knowing your choice of package, we will send you a design brief to fill out. Return this to us as soon as possible for the design process to begin. If you have spoken to us and would like us to make a site visit we will talk you through the process.
3. We will then produce a design for you . You will have the chance to make a few changes if you wish before we send you the final masterplans and drawings. You will be invoiced for the design drawings on completion.
4. If you opted for the Build or a Build and Plant option, our APL contractor will make an appointment with you and us to visit the site. They will then ask for a second payment to cover materials and we will issue one for the plants. The contractor will indicate when they can begin the work at this point too. Once payment for these invoices are received materials and plants will be ordered and delivery arranged.
5. Once the build and planting is complete, One of our team will come to sign off the job checking all the work is up to our high standard and the site has been left clean and tidy. The final invoice for any outstanding sundry costs will be given to you along with your plant maintenance manual.
