Mary - Director and Garden Designer

Mary was formally trained at the Inchbald School of Design in London, where she achieved a 'Distinction' in her Post Graduate Diploma in Garden Design. She has been running her own independant design practise for 5 years. With a passion for sustainable gardening practice, and a belief that gardens should always provide a biodiverse net gain to any area. Mary has delivered a wide range of garden design projects across the UK and in the Arabian Gulf. She is renowned for designing creative but practical spaces that can cope with our ever-changing climate.

Susie - Director and Head of Horticultural Implementation

Susie has over 18 years of practical gardening experience including working in a leading East Anglian nursery, and numerous country house gardens. She has also assisted on the planting of Chelsea Flower Show award winning gardens. She has a detailed knowledge of garden design practices and is an expert in horticulture, planting, and garden maintenance.

Toby - New Build Consultant

With over 30 years experience in the property market, in particular residential developments, Toby is our New Build Consultant, providing advice on developments and bridging the gap between builder and clients.

Jonathan - Senior Advisor

Jonathan brings over 30 years of corporate strategy, marketing and communications expertise to the team working across Europe and the Middle East. A keen gardener for many years with a particular interest in flowers and vegetables, as well as garden machinery, Jonathan advises the team on all aspects of business development, quality control and strategy, as well as rolling his sleeves up when necessary to support the team on site.

David - Construction Implementation

David is skilled in many things, with over 40 years experience in construction, there isn’t much he can’t do. He helps with project management and provides vital support for all of our builds, maintenance and fixing.

Jo - Lead Gardener

With over 20 years experience as a gardener, Jo is an expert in her field especially when it comes to planting, maintenance pruning, plant care, and keeping plant pests at bay.
